Based on recent study, students are expressing fears that employing AI is weakening their capability to engage academically. Many complain it renders schoolwork “too easy”, while some say it hinders their creativity and stops them from acquiring fresh abilities.

Widespread Usage of AI Among Students

A study looking at the use of artificial intelligence in UK schools discovered that only 2% of pupils aged 13 and 18 reported they did not use AI for their schoolwork, while 80% indicated they consistently used it.

Unfavorable Effect on Abilities
