Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.
Also featured in this latest document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct sections of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
